HomeFair (now part of Marketer.tech / Plot.ai) offered services that leveraged artificial intelligence to enable both home sellers and buyers to make informed decisions when determining the value of their property. Specifically, HomeFair predicted home prices and selling ability of real estate agents. The predictions served to increase market transparency and reduce risk in the housing market.
